For the purposes mentioned above, we will process the following personal data from you:

• name and address details;
• company details;
• job title;
• VAT number;
• gender;
• email address;
• (mobile) telephone number;
• date of birth;
• IP address;
• technical browser information;
• cookie ID;
• click and browsing behaviour;
• social media account;
• GPS coordinates.

04Retention periods

We do not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this privacy and cookie statement.

05Confidentiality and disclosure to third parties

We treat your personal data confidentially. We do not provide the personal data we collect via our website to third parties for these parties' direct marketing purposes. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you have supplied to other parties, unless you have given prior consent for this, it is necessary in the context of the performance of the agreement, or we are permitted or required to do so by law or under the agreement.

If personal data is provided to other companies, it will be explicitly stated to whom the data is provided, for which purpose, exactly which personal data is passed on, and that written arrangements have been made with this third party (a data processing agreement).

FiLogic B.V. uses careful security procedures for the protection of the processed data, among other things to prevent unauthorised persons from unintentionally gaining access to this data. For example, we ensure that only the necessary persons have access to your data and that access to your personal data is shielded. In any event, we use a TLS connection for this purpose.
