What is FiLogic OpenTMS?
FiLogic OpenTMS is a cloud-based transport management system (TMS) for carriers. You plan trips, track shipments in real time and manage orders, invoicing and your driver app on a single open platform. You can get started for free.
Is there really a free version?
Yes. The free version works for up to 5 trips per day, with no installation and no credit card. This way you can first try out OpenTMS in practice at your own pace.
What does FiLogic OpenTMS cost?
In addition to the free version, there are paid subscriptions per tier, tailored to your volume and the features you need. You will find the current rates on the pricing page.
Does OpenTMS run entirely in the cloud?
Yes. OpenTMS runs in the browser plus mobile apps, always on the latest version and without local installations or expensive servers.
Which integrations are possible?
Through the Open API you connect OpenTMS to your on-board computer (FMS), ERP, fuel cards, planning and more. This way everything works together instead of in separate silos.
Is there vendor lock-in and can I export my data?
No, there is no lock-in. Your company and transport data remain yours, and through the Open API you retain access to connect or export it.
Is my data secure and GDPR-compliant?
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, and we process data in accordance with the GDPR, with a data processing agreement in place.
Does OpenTMS support eCMR and a driver app?
Yes. Drivers work with a digital trip sheet and eCMR in the driver app, and you track the status in real time.
What company size is OpenTMS suitable for?
From small SME carriers to companies with more than 100 vehicles, all on a single platform. You grow along with it without having to switch.
How do I migrate from my current TMS?
We help you with the migration: your data is imported and you are operational quickly. If you prefer, you can start with the free version first.
In which languages and countries can I use OpenTMS?
